Shipping policy

NEW ZEALAND

Passion For Paper orders are sent via courier to ensure delivery direct to your door, so we need a physical address for delivery.

All packages are targeted for delivery between 2-10 working days of order confirmation. 

The following shipping rates apply :

• Auckland delivery - $10 flat rate
• Rest of North Island and Rural delivery - $12 flat rate
• South Island - $15 flat rate
• South Island Rural delivery - $20 flat rate 

For orders which include wrapping papers, we add $9 to cover the cost of a cardboard postal tube. This is in addition to any postage applicable.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

All international packages are sent via international economy courier with our delivery partner of choice. We will inform you of these costs prior to dispatch. 

All international deliveries are delivered door to door and require a signature upon delivery. Track and trace is also standard for all international deliveries. 

All duties or taxes in the country of destination of the order are the responsibility of the recipient.

DELIVERY DELAYS 

We endeavour to get your order to you as soon as possible, however the delivery times outlined above are approximate timeframes and we cannot accept responsibility for delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. Covid-19, strikes, natural disasters, custom clearance or government enforcements).

Please allow extra delivery time during busy seasonal times, such as the lead up to Christmas and around public holidays.
