At Passion For Paper, we source the finest paper and stationery items the world has to offer, and present and package it so that it will arrive to you in the best possible order.
We want you to be happy with your products and the services you receive from Passion For Paper, so if there is a problem with your product, please contact us at: enquiries@passionforpaper.co.nz and we will do our utmost to resolve it for you as soon as possible.
If you would like to exchange an item, we are happy to provide an exchange under the following criteria:
The goods must be returned in unused condition, in original packaging.
The goods must be returned to us within 14 days of purchase.
The original invoice must be included with the returned merchandise.
All shipping costs are non-refundable and return costs are the customer's responsibility and are non-refundable.
If your order has arrived faulty or damaged, please email at: enquiries@passionforpaper.co.nz explaining the situation, and we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy.
